Thursday evening yoga will focus on developing inner peace and strength that follow you off the mat.
Each class will be unique while providing all the makings of a well-rounded practice: breath work, salutations, postures & transitions for strength, postures for functional flexibility, and a meaningful savasana relaxation.
Classes are suited to experienced practitioners as well as those new to yoga.
Come in to care for the mind and body, come back for the joyful heart that results!

Located at 51 Ferris St, Corning, NY.
Preferred if you bring your own mat and other yoga accessories but there will be some available to borrow during class.
