Dr. Marta Canfield, MD presents a workshop to introduce you to Creating Change in your life. (No matter what it may be.) This is an introduction to making lasting change in your life whether it be something in your diet or lifestyle or mindset. There are two amazing collaborators joining Dr. Canfield for this workshop. Christy Waters Forsyth -
She is the owner of an intuitive wellness business called Clarity by Christy, providing services online internationally. She is a Psychic Medium, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Life Coach, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She combines all of this experience and training to create a service she calls Soul Therapy, an intuitively-led life coaching experience.
Throughout her life's work, Christy has dedicated herself to helping people to heal and to achieve their highest potential. She works with individual clients all over the world.
Christy teaches many classes both in person and online, most of them around the topics of intuition, spirituality, taking charge over fear, self-development, and finding the magic that exists here in this world. She creates videos on spirituality, personal development, and delivering intuitive messages.
Lindsay Bowes, MS, RDN -
She is a registered dietitian who practices functional nutrition. She is compassionate and a wealth of information for any nutritional needs or concerns.

6pm - Welcome and settling in. Please arrive on time.
6:15pm - Introduction to Wellness: What is Stress and Why should we care? with Dr. Marta Canfield
6:30pm - Protein Smoothies 101: How to build a protein smoothie with balanced nutrients with Lindsay Bowes, MS, RDN.
6:45pm - Introduction to Hypnotherapy plus a 30+ minute hypnotherapy session on Creating Change in your life (whatever that may be). *Think: relaxation/guided meditation.You can lay down for this part of the session.*
7:30p - 8pm - Q&A Session with Dr. Canfield, Christy and Lindsay.
What to wear/bring?
1) Wear comfy clothes. Think: yoga or PJ comfortable.
2) Preferred sock feet or clean shoes on the studio dance floor.
3) Yoga mat/blanket/pillow - whatever will allow you to get comfy during the hypnotherapy session.
4) A notebook and pen for taking notes. Handouts will be available.
